A Mythical Meeting

Warning: Does contain vore and dragons.

Phillip is Ragingfire1.

A young man was walking through a forest, his steps heavy with exhaustion. Grass flattened with every step he took, and leaves crunched every now and then. Squirrels and deer scattered as he made his way through the foliage, a face of concern on him. He looked to be about nineteen, and every step he took seemed to be a burden. In the distance, he could see somewhat of a glade.

He had been lost for some time now. Phillip had only been planning to go hiking for a short time, just to relax himself and let his nerves rest. Nature was a calming thing, and it had been doing its job maybe a bit too well. When he came to his senses, he no longer had any idea where he was. Originally, he had began to panic, but calmed himself down. If he was lost, doing nothing but worrying would not help. So he continued on his hike, hoping to find something, anything he could use to find his way home.

The glade began to come into view. It looked tranquil, as if the area had never suffered any sort of storm, disaster or battle. Phillip walked out from the trees out into the open, and set down his bag. Sighing with relief, he sat down on the grass and crossed his legs. Maybe he was not close to finding his way home, but at least he could take the time to rest and relax. To pass the time, he decided to start counting all the wildlife in sight. A few birds were nestled in the trees on the opposite side of the glade, busy tending to their young and singing for mates. Three rabbits were busy feeding on the grass nearby, before catching sight of the young man and freezing, before skirting away. There was a deer already in the glade, chewing on a berry it had found in a bush before turning around and galloping into the trees. Phillip sighed again, but this time with content. Being in the wilderness was incredibly calming, and he laid backwards somewhat, using his hands to keep himself steady. He did not know why, but the area around him seemed to be getting... warmer. Almost as if something large was breathing near him. Taking a gaze at the glade again, all the animals had disappeared. Everything seemed to be getting warmer, and soon he felt hot air rush over him every few seconds. Fearing the worst, he turned around.

Immediately, a flurry of scales leaped at him, and Phillip wheezed as he felt something tighten around him, pushing him to the ground. A large booming sound was made as whatever the creature was slammed into the dirt, and he waited for the worst. But, after some time, it seemed like nothing was happening. His face was covered by the grass on the ground, but he could make out something moving slowly closer to him. Then, a voice.

"Surprise."

The claw loosened its grip a bit, and Phillip turned himself over only to widen his eyes in horror at what he saw.

A gigantic, green dragon was holding him to the ground, fine scales covering its body. Large wings were folded onto its sides, and a tail swayed slowly behind it. Its snake-like neck ended in a large lizard-like head, which had blue reptilian eyes that stared into his own. Phillip stared at the beast with intense fear.

"H-hi.", he stuttered forth.

The dragon smiled, and moved its head closer. "Hi.", it said in a  feminine voice that was near-seductive. "What's your name?"

"P-phillip."

The dragon grinned wider, showing its fangs. "Phillip, huh? That's a nice name."

"Y-yeah, I guess." He still gazed at the large reptile, thinking about whatever it could possibly do next. The dragon chuckled.

"Phillip... have you ever seen a dragon before?"

He shook his head, hoping that complying with her would help in the long run. She chuckled again.

"Well, that makes things somewhat interesting." She brought her other claw to her chin, and scratched it. "Would you like to... get to know a dragon?"

Phillip could only look at it in surprise. "W-what?"

The dragon raised its head somewhat. "Living out here can get quite lonely sometimes. How would you like to spend some time with me?"

He weighed the options in his head. On one hand, this dragon looked quite dangerous; who knows what it could plan on doing with him? Sure, he wanted to believe that it was friendly, but... those teeth. On the other hand, keeping it happy was probably the most desirable option at the moment. And, even if he hadn't said it, he always wanted to meet a dragon.

"I s-suppose..."

The claw tightened around him as the dragon grinned even wider, showing nearly all of its teeth. "Perfect! Now, hold on tight!" He didn't know what she meant, until the dragon crouched low to the ground, and suddenly leaped into the air, carrying him in her claws. Her wings unfurled, and suddenly he found himself high in the air, flying through the sky. Phil closed his eyes as wind beat against him. What was she going to do with him? Where was the dragon taking him? Curiosity taking over, he peeked with one eye, looking into the horizon. The clouds were a magnificent orange as the sun set, light fading from the world around him. From the looks of it, he might end up spending the night with the dragon. He could only hope that everything would go well.

Eventually, he felt descent as the world around him turned downwards, wind fiercely blowing past his skin as the dragon began to land. A sudden jolt, and he felt everything stop, before he was dropped to the ground. Opening his eyes, he gazed at the world around him.

A rocky outcropping protruded from a mountain, where the dragon had landed. To his left was a cave, and to his right... a very, very large drop. Looking to the cliff-side, he grimaced, before turning his attention the dragon, sitting patiently as it tilted her head towards him.

"If you're looking to leave... the only way is through me.", she said with a smile. He turned towards the cliff again, then towards her, and sighed.

"So, am I your prisoner?"

She chuckled. "Of course not. I plan on letting you go; just not yet." The dragon seemed to be more at ease, now that it had brought him to a place of no escape.

"What do I need to earn the privilege?"

The dragon smiled, and stood up, walking slowly towards him. "The less you think about leaving, the better. After all, you are here to provide me with company, are you not? You even agreed to it." He realized what she said, and drooped forward slightly, feeling hopeless.

"I-I guess I did."

"Oh, cheer up.", she cooed. "This is hardly as bad as it gets."

He looked back up at her, raising an eyebrow. "Are you sure?"

"Positive.", the dragon replied. "I can see the look in your eyes. You think I look beautiful."

Phillip blushed. "Well, yeah, but-"

"And haven't you realized you have not been harmed in any way, shape or form?", she pointed out, a claw outstretched in front of her. "What reason do you have to worry?"

He shrugged, still feeling fearful of the large dragon. "W-well... you're gigantic, for starters."

"And you're tiny, if we're going to start comparing each other.", she said with a grin. "Any more?"

Phil thought to himself, thinking about why he was truly afraid of her. A single thought kept reappearing in his mind, making itself known over and over again. He knew what it was; he knew exactly why he feared her. But... he couldn't say it.

"What's the matter? Did a cat run off with your tongue?", she said as she edged closer, the dragon beginning to bear on him. He looked up at her, and could do nothing but gaze, fear rapidly building up inside him.

"I-I can't say it..."

"Oh?", she said, bringing her head in front of him. "Want me to try and guess?"

"N-no, it's fi-"

"Are you afraid I'll slice you with my claws? Pierce you with my teeth? Crush you with my strength?"

He shook his head. "No, I doubt you'd do those."

She smiled, and craned her head closer. "Then what is it?"

He trembled slightly, and looked at her, at her teeth, at her... maw. She noticed, and grinned.

"I think... you're afraid I will eat you."

Phillip made no response. Instead, he began to tremble even more, and slowly began to back up. Some gravel slipped under his shoe, and he tumbled onto his back, now in a completely helpless position as the dragon edged closer.

"P-please...", he begged. "Don't..."

She chuckled, and continued to step closer. "Maybe there's some truth in fiction here after all."

"No, please, no.", Phil begged further, trying to crawl backwards. "Anything but that..."

"You know, it has been a while since I've tasted human.", she said with a toothy grin. "The succulent salty flavor, the feeling of having someone wriggling in your mouth... I need to remember what that's like."

His eyes widened, and he backed up further. "No! Please!" The dragon only grinned wider, and swung a claw at him, pushing him further to the ground and pinning him there.

"And, the feeling of having that someone struggle down your throat, and fill your stomach... yes, I need to know what that's like again."

That did it. He began to struggle like crazy, trying to break his bonds of flesh and bone. The dragon merely chuckled in return, and brought her head down closer. She sniffed him, and a long, forked tongue started to slide out of her mouth. The muscle began to lick him over, and he continued to struggle, trying desperately to push off the claw so he could escape. She responded by tightening her grip, knocking some air out of him in the process. Phil could not believe the situation. He was actually going to be eaten, and not just that, but he would be swallowed whole and alive in the process. This might have been a fantasy before, but, feeling a real, live dragon licking him over, only instinct could kick in.

The dragon continued to lick the struggling human for a while before stopping. Lifting her head slightly upward, she did not waste any time, and immediately clamped her jaws around his head, reaching to his waist. He began to struggle further as he got a good look at the dragon's maw. He felt sadness well up in him; as much as he wanted to believe otherwise, there was a very, very real chance he could die. Would it take pity on him? The dragon gulped further, pulling him completing into its jaws, and snapped them shut before beginning to savor him. She licked him over, continuing to suck and salivate, as if he was some kind of living candy. He swore he could hear her produce a murring sound. It was obvious that she enjoyed his taste greatly, and he blushed slightly. Suddenly, her head tilted upwards, and he began to slide towards the throat. Now he really began to struggle. A single, audible gulp echoed around him, and he felt pure muscle tug on his head, pulling him deep into the dragon's throat. He thrashed, kicked, punched, but none of it seemed to really do anything. Actually, the dragon began to murr even more; it was more likely that this was actually pleasurable for her. Phillip stopped struggling, and tears began to flow from his eyes as he neared the end of his journey. A tight sensation surrounded his head, and he felt himself squeeze through an opening. The rest of his body followed suit, and he collapsed into a dragon's stomach.

Phillip could not struggle. He could barely even move. Filled with weariness, he leaned against the wall of his fleshy prison, and sighed. Would she let him out? Was he actually going to die? He didn't know what to do for the moment, so he did the only thing he could do: wait. It was not long before a voice broke the 'silence'.

"Mmmm, that was great.", the dragon said. "You are probably one of the best tasting humans I have ever had the pleasure of eating, if not the best."

He sighed, and looked towards the direction of her voice. "Am I going to... die?"

Phillip felt a chuckle shake his surroundings. "No, of course not. I can't even digest."

His eyes widened, and he looked around. "Wait... you're one of... those dragons?"

"I am.", she said. "And proud of it, too."

Phil sighed again, but this time with relief. "T-thank you."

"Don't mention it.", she replied back. "If anything, I should thank you. I really missed being able to eat human; without hurting anyone, of course."

He smiled. "Well, if you want, when you let me out – you can have seconds."

"Really?", she asked, apparently excited about the idea. Her heartbeat began to race, which Phillip could hear quite audibly.

"Yes, really.", he replied. "In fact, I kind of like it in here."

Suddenly, everything around him crunched up as the dragon curled tight along the stone ground. "Thank you! When I first saw you, I never imagined I would get someone like you!"

Phil chuckled. "To be honest, I was not expecting a dragon like you, either."

The dragon began to purr, as she laid her head onto the floor. "Well, I hope you like it enough to sleep in there; I plan on taking a good, long nap. It's made much better with a full belly."

He smiled, and relaxed into the slowly moving muscle around him, sinking slightly. "You don't have to worry, not at all. I think I'll sleep just fine."

She smiled, and continued to purr. Her movement stopped, and as Phillip listened, her heart beat began to slow down until it reached a gentle level, her blood pumping around him as the dragon began to doze off. Slowly, his eyes began to close as well. Everything around him seemed to comfort him, encouraging him to sleep. And, within moments, he was indeed asleep; lost in the belly of a dragon, both of them having the best night of their lives.
During my break, :iconragingfire1: had his birthday. I wanted to write him something, but never really got the time. I asked him about it, and he gave me ideas, which I suppose also makes it a request. Now, here it is. It's a late birthday gift, but I hope you enjoy it all the same.
